Another one of those rare television-game translations that did work out.

I'm going to reminisce about the past much as I have done with many other games. As some of you may know by now I have brothers with whom I used to play games on the Sega Genesis. Well, this was one of those games; another great multi-player mode in the truly strictest sense- merely a two-player game. Naturally there was a one-player game and it was just as fun but it's much easier to win with two players. Basically you play as one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (now easily in their late thirties to early forties in video game years) and you go all over the place without any real reason for where you're going and beat up everything and everyone who gets in your way. The basic story behind this is that someone has stolen the Statue of Liberty and a whole bunch of other places and now you have to go across many levels until you eventually show up at the factory that has Shredder and find out that Shredder shrunk the places and stole them for himself for who-knows-what-reason and then you return the world to its normal state. Go figure- the only real nemesis they had at the time was behind the scheme to which you must prevent from coming to fruition. Overall a good game, decent looks, big replay value and good music and sound effects. If the Genesis were still around I would definitely recommend this game for one's collection
