A game that just gets better as you go along!

Okay, Supreme Ruler 2010 isn't for everyone. However, for any and all of you who like detailed strategic level wargames, this game is for you. The game itself as mentioned in the Gamespot review does appear to be complicated and confusing at first glance. However, if you take about an hour of experimenting you will see that a lot of the detail is quite helpful and intuitive. In general, the gameplay is fun and engaging. The graphics aren't the best, but wargames like this aren't about flash but about practicality. Sound is very mediocred. A big reason for why I like the game is that the developers are very active in talking with players on their forum bgforums.com Already they have released a patch that fixes the problems in diplomacy that are mentioned in the Gamespot review. Additionally, they constantly solicit player feedback and suggestions and do their best go implement the good ones. All in all a great game backed up by a great development team. A winning combination.
