Super Mario World in my opinion is the best Mario game ever made. It resembles Super Mario 3 because it is based on a map rather than the world levels like the first and second Super Mario games. It also allowed the player to find secret levels from the "top secret area" to "Star Road" and the "Special" levels. Super Mario World also has a little more of a story than the typical "Our princess is in another castle"; not to say that isn't there just that there is a little more story with Yoshi and his friends stuck in eggs. Each level is re-playable so you can return to your favorite levels later in the game to pile up on extra lives or to replay the level and beat it with another method. This game has great replay value and is a great addition to any SNES collection.
