A fun, innovative platformer that you won't forget.

User Rating: 9 | Super Mario Galaxy 2 WII
Gameplay: Fun for the whole family, really utilizing the Wii's controllers. From levels that have you performing traditional platforming (jumping, swimming, and climbing), to ones where you glide, to one Super Monkey Ball-like level, there's so much stuff you'll get packaged in this game.
Sound: The soundtrack perfectly fits each level and is varied enough to stay interesting. A lot of nice sound effects, too.
Visuals: Beautiful art design for a Wii title. Plain and simple.
Story: Nothing special, seeing how it's a Mario game, but that isn't really a problem at all.
Overall: An experience that you won't forget any time soon. Like most Mario games on a console, it's really spread out wide enough with each installment's release date, so you won't feel too bored of any repetition. Sunshine was a nice contrast to a lot of the Mario games, and this one succeeds in taking what made Mario so great in the first place, along with a bevy of new controls that expand on the traditional formula even more in ways that never fail to impress. If you own a Wii, this is one of the titles you should be playing.
