The games that started it all (for me)!!!!!!!

I remember that SMB and Duckhunt were the very first games I played on the Nintendo and they may have been the best games they made. It all started with Super Mario Bros. This game features 9 levels with 4 sub levels. Each level gets harder (though I always thought level 2 was the hardest). The 4th sub-level of each base level is a castle. Defeat the dragon turtle at the end of each level as you search for the Princess.

Duckhunt is just what the name implies, a duckhunt. You try to shoot down as many ducks as you can as the ducks come faster (and in greater quantity). This was a game you could play with your dad.
