It's good... but for Mario's 25th, I expected better.

Mario's 25th Anniversary was celebrated in 2010 and to celebrate, Nintendo released a Red DSi XL with free Mario games, a Red Nintendo Wii with a free copy of Super Mario Bros and Donkey Kong and their latest release, Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary Edition for the Wii. To be honest, I think it was generous of them to port the SNES compilation to the Wii, but I really think they could have done more for this game.

Yes, it was a good idea to port over the SNES compilation of the 4 classic games, but if you compare that to what they did with Kirby's 20th when they ported 6 Kirby games to the Wii, added a history room of Kirby games and made a challenge mode based on Kirby: Return to Dreamland or what they did with The Year of Luigi when they released awesome games like Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, New Super Luigi U and Mario and Luigi: Dream Team Bros, it seems like Nintendo did not try to do that with Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary which is the letdown of this game. If I were them, I would have added a memorabilia room, made a party mode or even make a level editor room where you can create your own level and send it to other people using Nintendo Wi-Fi.

This is a good game for people who do not own the SNES game or for long-time Mario fans like myself, but some people might not buy the game due to lack of content.
