The perfect game to just pop in for a short shot or longer.

This is the first Bomberman game I had played, and after playing it, and enjoying myself as much as I did, I decided to buy the whole series; there is a testimonial for you! I had a lot of fun bombing and dodging through the courses and getting new abilities to combat the baddies. I did not play the multiplayer part of it but I would imagine it would naturally add to the fun. The single player gives you two options, normal mode and battle mode with 9 different looks to them. I did play less battle mode than normal mode but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t fun. I could tell I needed to be better so I could compete at a higher level. You play against 3 computer players and race around trying to be the last alive. It is fast and crazy and lots of fun, you could become hooked on this very easily I think. The normal has different levels and in the levels, there are sections to complete and then a boss to beat. Going around blowing barriers up as well as the bombers until you are the only one and finding the exit is a good time for sure. I didn’t finish the game or play as much as I would have normally, just because the game got lost in the shuffle, with my collection growing as it did at the time. The music is upbeat enough and is not a distraction from the play.
You should have some games that you can pop in and at any given moment and this is one of them.
