Summon Night: Swordcraft Story 2 is just what you'd expect from the Summon Night Series.

Well after playing the first Summon Night SwordCraft Story I wanted more so I went to my local game store and picked up the second installment. In my opinion Summon Night SwordCraft Story 2 is actually better than the first. If you are new to the series or are returning fan you will enjoy this title. For one you do not have to play the first game to get in to this because the story's are not linked. The game starts out like most RPGs you play as a protagonist trying to seal an evil Summon spirit known as Goura. There are some pleasant plot twist that are sure to keep you on your feet. Just like the first game you get to pick a trusty Summon Beast to fight by your side. The battle system is about the same as the first Summon Night SwordCraft story in which you control the character completely in a real time battle reminiscent of the Tales of Series. The game has a quite pleasant weapon creator in which you make your own weapon out of materials and you can upgrade them with other elements such as Fire. The game will last you about 20 hours on the initial play though , but if you want it all it will probably take any where from 25 to 30 hours. In my true opinion this is one of the best games on the advance and is an instant classic for any RPG fan. I recommend this to anyone that that liked the first one or just likes RPGs in general.
