Nice one Konami, making this Suikoden V true to its roots!

Its unnanimous: Suikoden is better when its made in its classic, old style of the first 2 games, opposing the Suikoden IV total disaster. Thankfully, the latest installment of the series does just that, featuring a great plot, characters and gameplay.

Graphics: 7.0/10
Not the game's strongest point, but certainly not ugly too.The graphics are a little bland but get the job done.

Sound: 9.1/10
Awesome intro music and fine tunes, sound effects and mostly very solid voice acting.

Gameplay: 9.0/10
Much more fun, you can edit the various formations you have access during the whole game, with your 6 characters, and overall, an old Suiko style of gameplay, with rune customizing and various skill to upgrade.

Plot: 9.0/10
The last Suikoden game also feature a weak story, and thankfully this one does not. Featuring more than 150 characters, Suikoden has one of the best stories of the Playstation 2 RPGs. Give it a try...
