Why Konami didnt finished this game?

Suikoden Tactics:
Strategic RPG (Vandal Hearts, Final Fantasy Tactics, Fire Emblem)

Gameplay:
Grid-turn-based RPG, the battle system is simple, but not dope. The Cooperative attack and runes are fun. There are too the element affinity factor, if your player is under a compatible element he-she gains energy and best attack, if he is under incompatible element he lose. The gameplay is fine, not spectacular, but far from bad.
Sadly, the productors were so lazy that the camera dont rotate and sometimes the control work totally different (up in the game can be up or is right, etc)
The lack of camera rotation can be torturing, because sometimes you just dont know exactly what is going on and the distance between foes.

Graphics:
The background is nice, really nice. But I didnt liked the square shaped characters.

Sound:
The best element of the game, I loved the music. The voice character is fine, not perfect but usually works well.

End Words:
The graphics are cool, the song is beautiful, the gameplay is fine, but the game is short, the characters are ugly, the story is strange and not so much engaging, and I dont think it have so much replayability because of the non-engaging-story and the shortness of the game. The camera non-rotate thing in a Playstation 2 game is unforgivable.
