After 26 years Streets of Rage 4 is back. I think the biggest thing is that Sega didn't develop the sequel but Lizardcube, Dotemu, and Guard Crush Games developed it. They clearly respected what made the previous games great. Game picks up where Streets of Rage 3 left out with Axel, Blaze returning as well as two new characters Cherry Hunter and Floyd. Along with beating the game you can unlock hidden characters. Game does feel challenging at times even on the easiest difficulty. Soundtrack is amazing in th game, you can use the soundtrack from Streets of Rage and Streets of Rage 2. I think the only negative that is the bosses being a bit overpowered when it comes to fighting them. You definitely will die a lot going against them.
