Starsky and Hutch is just too simplistic for its own good.

Starsky and Hutch's story is based on different episodes in the show that they capture the criminals and punish them. The game has long loading times on every screen and the game is so simplistic that it may entertain you for a couple minutes then the frame rate will crash and kill any trace of sense of speed in this game. It also takes a long time to blow up the criminals car so you will be chasing it shooting shooting and shooting some more until you finally blow up the criminals after repetitive shooting. You can get more time be shooting cars you and you can get speed boosts sirens etc. by shooting the logos in the sky this does not make the game any more fun though.
This game looks terrible the characters look blocky and the levels look a bit generic. There is almost no music in the game which would made it a bit more bearable. The levels also take way too long to beat because of the low damage with Starsky's gun. The game does have some decent controls but, it still does not save it from being overall boring the whole time it is played. There is also a lack of content in the game other than story there is a free roam mode that isn't even a free mode you have to collect all five badges on the level it is even less fun than the story mode.
Starsky and Hutch is not a good game it just has way too many frame rate crashes, the game play is too simplistic, the levels in the game drag on because of the suspect's cars having so much health, the game looks terrible, and the game is just no fun so I would not recommend this game to anyway due to its many flaws.
