A superb improvement over the previos game.
I wanted to give it a 9.5 because there are still some bugs to be quashed, but then again, which game does not have bugs? X3 is being patched still of today, and that did not prevent it from becoming a cult game.
Starpoint Gemini 2 has all the elements to be a classic.
It's an extremely unique experience of RPG with spaceships, and while the VA is not the greatest, OST and originality are. it's a very fun game now, and, to boot, it's extremely moddable. I am already working on at least a music and portrait mod.
Add to that: it has the best dev community that I have seen. patches on day 1, feedback and open to suggestions. Not like Bethesda, definitely.
