This has to be the worst addon ever made for Starcraft. You can tell why Blizzard decided to hunt down and destroy all copies of this. So I'll quickly point out what the problem of this expansion is:
* There is no storyline or whatsoever
* The maps are horrible, as in really horrible. I made better maps in four minutes than those present on this addon. There is absolutely no detail, not to mention that of course no one cared about the gameplay.
* The missions are ridiculous... For example in one of them the Zerg player gets 4 Overminds and Overmind cocoons. Does that make any sense to you? To me it does not.
* There just isn't anything to like here. The detail is horrible, the gameplay is horrible... it's just HORRIBLE.

If you really want an add-on for Starcraft get Retribution and for *the* continuation of Starcraft, Brood War. Don't even think about wasting your time looking for this. I downloaded it just to see if it was as bad as people say it is, and I can tell it's even worse than what people say. I took exactly 15 minutes to see if this mod was any good. And now I want these 15 minutes of my life back.
