Hey, I'm not just rating this ten out of ten because I like it. This could be the greatest RTS ever created! The story really pulls you in, continuing the epic tale of Starcraft 1. Yep, Kerrigan is still the queen of blades, and Mengsk is still a backstabber. You'll have to play to the very end to see how this story ends with a cliffhanger. I will not spoil any more.
Starcraft II is totally Replayable! You start out as a noob playing on casual. But once you've played through the story, you'll be thirsty for a bigger challenger! Turning the difficulty up to hard will give your brain a workout.
Even after mastering the Campaign, you can go back to multiplayer and Co-Op and Increase your skills even farther. Blasting people's command centers and hive clusters never gets old! The difficulty of players increases as you go up in rank. As long as you're not the top player in the world, you will never run out of challenges.
The art that they put into the campaign is dazzling. HD graphics, and an epic storyline put together make the campaign extremely enjoyable! However, you get to decide how to control your army. Its not just one strait forward campaign where you have no control over making your army better.
Lastly, the gameplay is super entertaining. Starcraft II is a lot like old classic Starcraft 1 where you have to build your base, build an army, and attack with strategy. However, its not just old recycled Starcraft 1, (blizzard entertainment is not that cheap), there is an amazing amount of depth included.
In conclusion, this game is totally worth its pricy cost. (20 bucks for #1, 20 and 40 more for the expansions.) You have got to devote a bunch of time to master this. The story will grab you and leave you wanting more. You can make your way to the top of the ranks, compete in tournaments, and cooperate in Co-Op mode. I rate this game 10 stars because of its replay value, story, graphics, and gameplay.
