Wow, did they drop the ball on this one, not terrible but definitely not as good as the first Force Unleashed.

I really liked the first Force Unleashed, despite me not being a Star Wars fan at the time. Unfortunately, this sequel is not an improvement, in fact it's worse than the first one, which is rare in video games, yes, I played Crackdown 2 recently, which was inferior to the original, so it's disappointing to see that the sequels to two games I liked are not as fun as they should be. There's still some good stuff here, the force powers are still awesome and there's enough combos and stuff to unlock, but they don't quite keep the game from getting stale after a while, oh yeah, it's repetitive, as many games within the genre tends to be, obviously not all of them, the first one had more varfied environments and I thought the story was better, here the levels run on much too long and aren't as visually exciting, it's just more of the same, so it's not as fresh, it seems lazy at times. The game still looks good and sounds even better, in true LucasArts fashion. I know there's a lot of controversy regarding the recent Blu-Ray changes and how it makes Vader look like kind of a joke with the "noooo", but he is still one of the best villains ever and it is satisfying when you finally get to unleash your power in the final boss battle, it's not perfect, it runs on too long for one thing and the constant barrage of clones becomes annoying, I wish there were more boss fights, the first one had several cool ones, here there's only 3, two of which are really easy, the Terror Walker was the only one that managed to kill me.

I tink there are two endings available, the one I choosed wasn't very satisfying, in fact it had no positive aspects. Quick time events are included this time around as well, and yeah, they're cool at first, you don't have to do them, but it's easier to take down large enemies this way, and it gets tedious, so that you'd rather take your chances and attempt to take them down by simply slashing and blasting them. The game is really short, didn't clock it you see, I think it was around 4-5 hours, but still, I wish there were more to the game. Will there be a third game? I don't know, I may be wrong, but I don't think this one sold as well as the first game, I would definitely like to see at least one more, obviously with a lot more effort put into it.
