star wars : starfighter it still got some fight left in it
launched in 2002 this game still is addicting today after 8 years....
GOOD:
*its a simple aim and shoot them up style arcade scifi simulator set in the star wars universe
*its kinda addictive and fun
*you get to shoot a lot of sleek looking planes...
* you get to fly a decent set of planes...
*controls are simple to master and you can pull of any manouvers you want...no blacking out.....!!!
BAD:
*all missions are linear and they get repetitive soon
*sometimes objectives are confusing
*graphics are bearable at best in comparison to todays level
*story aint the main focus in this game..
*combat becomes repititive after a while...objectives also are limited
All in all...if a game still grows on you after 8 years from its release you got to give it something...its still a solid arcade shooter...and a fun ride too
go play it but only if you get it for free or cheap..!!!!
