Wow. If Lucas Arts was trying to make a shooter that was similar to Halo, they surely succeeded. This game is amazing to me on all tilts. The gameplay, graphics, story line, everything is very solid. You start out alone on the planet of Geonosis forming up with your squad. As you gain more members of your squad, you can send out commands for your squad as you can cover them when they execuate the objective or you can take the initiative and do it yourself. If you happen to get incapacitated (die) you have 3 options that you can tell your squad to do. You can tell them to bring you back to life, you can load the mission from the last save point, or you can maintain the current mission objectives. Whichever you choose to do, it has a fate or an immediate impact on your squad. For instance if you tell a member to bring you back to life, it may not be a good idea if they are under heavy fire because of the fact that as they're trying to bring you back from incapacitation, they can be destoryed as well. So tactics are a key to this game. Knowing when and what to do at the right time is imparitive to this game. I've only rented it but I plan on buying it really soon, because the game is just absolutly astonishing...a great prelude to Episode III as well. If you guys are trying to hold out and wait until May 19th...pick this game up now, it will definetely hold you over until then....
