Hi, my name is Chip Bloch, and this is my second review. (My other game was Star Wars Rebel Strike) If you are anything of a Star Wars fan you will have been outraged that Boba Fett was killed very uncerimoniusly, screaming as he bounced into the Sarlacc Pit in Return of the Jedi, and to top it off, just for a burp joke. When Jango Fett showed up in Attack of the Clones along with the young Boba, my heart skipped a beat. Even though Jango died, he died well, taking a few jedi before Mace Windu cut his head off. Star Wars Bounty Hunter takes you back to a year after Phantom Menace, where Jango is one of the galaxies most feared hunters, and Count Dooku is Sidious' new apprentice. Dooku has been training an apprentice, for when his master passes on. His apprentice is a former jedi, named Komari Vosa. However, something goes wrong with the training, and she deserts Dooku to become the leader of a group called the Bando Gora. Not long after, Sidious relizes that she is stepping on his master plan, and assigns Dooku to do two things. Kill Vosa, and find a host for his clone army (as seen in AOTC). Dooku decides to kill two birds with one stone. By placing an incredible bounty on Vosa's head, anyone who kills her wins the bounty and becomes the host. He sends a message to Jango informing him of the hunt, and also sends one to Jango's rival, Montross. Thus begins the game. The game is divided into six worlds, with three levels in each world. During the game, you use many of Jango's familier weapons like his twin blasters, flamethrower, and jetpack, along with a few weapons never seen before, like his sniper rifle. In the first world, you are not even chasing Vosa.Instead, you are chasing a thug called Meeko on an in-space spaceport. In the end-of-world cutscene, you get a transmission from Dooku, informing you of the hunt. The storyline is solid, and you travel to familier worlds, such as Tatooine and Courasant, and a few unfamilier planets such as Malastare and a prison on an astroid. The controls are well placed, making everything within reach.I.e., A button shoots, B buttons jumps, etc. The first two levels are a good level of difficulty, but then gets unbelivably hard.It is possible to beat, but is a challenge. One of the best things about Bounty Hunter is shooting the s**t out of everyone. Overall, Bounty Hunter is a fun game.
