I am so dissappointed. Battlefront II is not good. Worth maybe $15. Tops. It will live on the shelf and Battlefront will be used.
An avid star wars fan, and LOVE playing Battlefront. Great graphics, really good actions, and really good play. Set on easy and you can play for a couple hours and have a lot of fun. Very good fight scenes, and menus pretty easy to figure out.
Battlefront II???
Great graphics. Not really any better than Battlefront, so big disappointment. I was looking forward to state of the art stuff, and it is definitely not. It is graphic technology that is 7-10 years old done well. Action play is way too hard, and storm troopers run sideways while shooting so they are hard to hit. Also their body movement, while shuffling sideways looks fake and poorly done. Like a joke from the year 2010. Menus are nightmare. Good luck finding the solo menus, or figuring out how to play split screen, or how to find famous fights, or how to check internet settings. I looked for 15 minutes and could not find any internet settings. Machine kept trying to log onto the wrong access point and I could not point it to a specific one.
Ridiculous poor programming. EA is a joke and their senior management are buffoons for doing such a poor job compared to the first Battlefront which was done well. I really hope a lot of people get fired and lose their income over this, the senior management at EA deserve to be fired.
