The game that started it all...
GAMEPLAY: 10/10
Wow, this is so fun to dodge walls, blow up polygons, collect power ups and bomb the heck out of the level. Grabbing the Hyper Twin Lazers Type-B to blowing up a space armada cruiser, this game has it all, with a chalenging boss at the end of each level, and 2 secret levels. Have fun!
Graphics: 9/10
I know polygons dont sound very intresting, but since this is a super nintendo game, making 3d was pretty hard. But for some reason, polygons look cool in this game, with added sprites and animations for explosions and particles and miscellanious items. The backgrounds are phenominal, and the ground... well... its ground, unless your in space.
Sound: 10/10
For the SNES, this games sound is perfect for the game. From lazer shots to the big explosion after finishing a boss. Plus the music fits the background for each level, and fits right in with the atmosphere.
Value 10/10
A great item to have in your collection, So in 10 years you'd still have the revolutionary start of 3d polygons, 3d space sims, arcade space shoot-em-ups, and talking frogs....
