I was hoping more from this great series.

I'm a huge fan of the Star Fox series and when I heard that one game was to be released on the game cube, I immediately started to save my money to buy it but, gosh I'm happy I didn't spend it. My friend allowed me to borrow it. I played and was greatly disappointed... One great thing is the ability to save your progress between each level, but Namco didn't exploit this new aspect, they could have made the game very long, but it's not even twice as long as the N64 version. Another great addition to the game was the "walking" mode, and the ability to switch between the arwing, the landmaster tank and the "walking mode " during some missions. The multiplayer mode is fun to play, but there are not enough different weapons.
Still, it's a great "new" Star Fox game, but I hope that they will come back with a longer game and more flying less walking.
