It is the best game ever made period and now you have absolutely no excuse to not play it seeing that it is now free. Go download it!

The creation of the alphabet
The founding of America
The first trip to the moon
Modern Medicine
Creation of Religion
Creation of Television
Creation of Computers
Winning WW1, 2, and soon to be 3.

Put Star Control 2 somewhere in between those and you get the proper fame it deserves.

Somehow Nostradomus missed this one and deserves to be discredited from here on out for missing it. Apparently aliens would have had to brought us this great achievement because us humans would be just too dumb to create something as great as this.
