I would have given this game an 8 before this last update...

The gameplay was initially fun as heck. It was challenging and very customizable. Today (or sometime in the past day or so) we received an update. A lot of players were missing equipment, ships, etc. And a lot of players -- including me -- were crashing trying to load every map. It is no longer playable apparently for over half the player base. The dev team just committed suicide with the last, apparently untested, update and now many of us are leaving. I spent about $100 in the last month on this game's items, so I feel that I have been ripped off by the development team. Why not contact support? I tried, and no matter what account name I used it said I was already registered with support, and no matter how many passwords and account names I tried to log in with, it said there was no such account. It's like they turned off support, and for good reason! This game is now hosed, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
(Update): They seem to have fixed the issues described above; however, now myself and many others are suffering from Admin abuse of power. You get banned or chat banned for pretty much anything that they deem inappropriate now. For example, if the squad captain does something stupid that gets himself killed and loses the battle for the team over and over, and you call him an idiot, you will be chat banned. If you are a long range sniper and accidentally kill a teammate, you could be banned and many have been.
