Nothing new here and continual hesitation.
I run a Win/7 64 Bit system with a 460GTX Nvidia card and an AMD Quad core chip.It has flawlessly flown through most games I play with few hitches.I have played this game with all options maxed,then tried it at its lowest and it STILL hesitates throughout gameplay,usually when just walking through the surrounding wasteland.
The game itself has atmosphere sure but this hesitating gets frustratingly annoying and spoils what could be an enjoyable game with this unnecessary distraction.I have checked and to date there is NO patch or update for this game.I think the designers better get off their collective butts and do something about this.Until that day I suggest you pass on this game and save your money.Nothing new here....move along home.
