Awesome graphics and FPS/RPG style. It's like everything good about Fallout 3 mixed with the graphics of Metro 2033!

If you enjoyed Fallout 3 or New Vegas than you will most definitely love this game. It's the same type of FPS/RPG as the new Fallout games but the graphics and the warfare are much more modern. The story is intriguing and some of the characters are hilarious. CoP has some of the most beautiful skies and weather I've yet to see in a game. Also, there are lots of mods to allow upgrades to everything from NPC AI to the scenery's graphics. If you're into this type of thing it's another great modder.
I have completed the game twice now and it was actually more enjoyable the second time through. I really can't say that for many games over these last few years. This was my first experience with the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series and I was very impressed. Since finishing I have gone through and played the first two games, Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky and these are also awesome FPS/RPGs. If you enjoy CoP you should definitely play the whole series.
