I don't know where the heck I got this game from, but I just feel like reviewing it.

User Rating: 4 | SpongeBob SquarePants: Lights, Camera, Pants! GBA
Spongebob Square Pants: Lights, Camera and Pants is a mixture of 2D platforming levels and minigames.
Spongebob and his friends Patrick, Squidward and Sandy are making a mermaid man movie with them as the main characters. I think thats what it's supposed to be.
However, the game is probably not worth a buy, other than if you are a big Spongebob fan.

THE GOOD
+ the story is somewhat cheasy
+ all the characters have their own abilites

THE BAD
- poor leveldesign
- tedious minigames
- bad looking menus that tend to confuse you
- little content
- plane backgrounds

The problem of the game: it's pretty boring.
Levels are mostly poor designed and the obstacles are pretty dull as well. To be honest though, there where some levels that had actually fun moments. Also, Spongebob and his friends all have special strenghts and weaknesses, and in some sections you could only progress with a certain character and his abilities, which was a pretty neat idea.
Other than that, there isn't much praise you can give the game.
The minigames are also pretty tedious, though again a few where somewhat fun, but overall the game doesn't have much entertainmend to offer.
The game is also pretty short, there aren't that much levels and minigames, and there isn't really any replay value to keep you coming. But the game will probably bore you so much that you'll stop playing the game before finishing the game.

So as it stands Spongebob Squarepants: Lights, Camera and Pants isn't really worth a buy.
The levels and minigames are both boring and poor designed.
On top of that, the game doesn't look that great. Sure, it's a Gameboy Advance title, and the graphics are sharp, the games graphics are pretty good from the technical side, but the backgrounds look a bit plane and uninspired.
And not to forget to mention that the menus are pretty bad looking.
But, with that said, some hardcore Spongebob fans could have fun with the game, the story is pretty okay and cheasy and they'll probably love that all the characters have their own strengths and weaknesses that have to be used in certain sections to progress, but for all other people, which means most of you, there is very little fun to be had in Spongebob Squarepants: Lights, Camera, Pants.
