Cool graphics that are visually relaxing. Really funny. Enjoyable yet too short and faaaar to easy.

User Rating: 7.5 | Spider-Man: Friend or Foe PS2
Honestly, from the first time I had one good look at its trailers and pictures I simply thought that this is a game only for PS2. I was right. Although it is particularly enjoyable, it is not something you would pay $60 to get. 20 is more than enough. And frankly, it is pretty impressive for the PS2.

Graphics:

To start of, one thing I liked about this is its relaxing visual style. I really hate it when they try to push the graphics to something the PS2 wouldn't take and ends up looking like crap. But in this, they made it just right and beautifully and like magic, the PS2 takes it as smoothly as possible. It also has this cartoony style of pictures. It isn't the game for those who would expect top-notch graphics, but it is pretty pretty pretty cool.

Sounds:

Honestly, I cannot say too much on sound effects here save that it mainly consists of made up elements and machines. So anyhow, they had to make their own sounds which still sound pretty awesome. As for the voice acting, it is #1. It has truly amazing acting and in several cases it is really funny. If you are somehow stressed, just push this game into the tray. It will really make your day. This time not only does Spider-Man say funny phrases, nearly everyone does.

Gameplay:

Here it isn't the game. First you would finish the game in no more than seven or eight hours save for that a three-year-old child would have it easily defeated.. Again, you wouldn't take them all in one go because believe me, it gets boring too easy. So particularly in this game, story mode isn't really story mode. But it is pretty awesome if you play multiplayer.

Next are the villains. Phantoms??? Well pretty much, that is what they are called. They are holograms that you fight and they fight you back. My question is, how could you fight a projected picture? How could it even touch you? Seriously here, the game makes no sense.

Yet, despite that they pathetically made villains, actually having your foes on your side and they are playable is pretty enjoyable especially when you are using Doc Ock. Well, here they made up for the Phantoms part greatly!
