Spidey u da man!
Graphics
The game looks alright for its time, but the buildings are bland and some of them seem off scale compared to spidey. The only colorful part of this game is spidey's suit and some of the billboards.
Controls
It may take some time for you to get use to web swinging but there's an alternative simplier control scheme where u can swing with just one button but since most of the game's fun is from swinging around the city, it's better to learn the default controls.
Sound Quality
The music's great, swinging around the city listening to the music gives you the sense that you are Peter Parker exploring your powers for the first time while roaming around the city as Spider-Man. The dialogue during gameplay on the other hand is so repetitive that it makes you wanna hang the civilians that keeps shouting at you to the street lights. And no Spider-Man, you don't look fat, you look ripped.
Play Value
Even though the story isn't very long and the action is really repetitive, you'll play this game from time to time even after you've beat it just to swing around NYC, and yes, the web swinging IS that fun.
Overall
Overall I say it's a great game even non-Spider-Man fans should play at least once. The sense of freedom is just amazing in this game, but since you can't judge a game by just that, I'm giving it an 8.0 and because this is a movie tie-in game, that's actually a pretty impressive score.
