Looking back at the other games in the series and then go back to play this one, you just remember what a classic S2 is.

Spider-Man 2 just lives up to the movie and despite the repetitive combat and phrases, the storyline worked perfectly and it just had such a bright and good feel to it. As usual we got our little comedian helping us along the game with his tips and tricks and then when the creators added extra parts into the story like the confrontation between Dr. Connors and Octavious, the consequences supported the future events that would take place in the game, unlike Spider-Man 3 in which the creators had clearly not thought about supporting the movie-related events. There were glitches like Spider-Man 3 but they did not affect your gameplay entirely and never had I lost a mission because of it.
The difficulty enticed the action and I admired the way they made Doc Ock's arms coloured so you could tell which one to avoid when the spider-sense kicked in and you were ready to use the Spider-Reflex move to get at the crazed boss.
The lines were great and I personally think the actors from the movie did well with narrating their characters and the whole Mysterio plot really kept me going and wanting more. I hope they make more games like this one.
