A decent reflex game.

Had three bucks left over in my eShop account and thought I'd give this a try. Never tried the earlier versions.

Its a reflex game where you have dodge obstacles using the left stick and see how far you can get. You can get powers ups, shielding and offensive weapons. The shields are there automatically and for the offensive weapons you touch the screen.

The 3D is okay but I found you had to find that sweet spot of vision otherwise it didn't work.

There's no slow down in play.

There are five different music tracks and you can cycle them in game with the triggers. I didn't mind any of them. You can turn off the music if you wish.

There's only one game mode - just try to get a high score. The high score is all that's recorded, no high score table and no recording of the name of the person who got the high score.

For three bucks, I'm having fun with it. It has that one more go feel to it and I find myself playing it for stretches just trying to beat my last score.

It would have been nice to have a high score table, to see other scores online, maybe customize the game a bit more.

It feels like a $0.99 iOS game and for that price, it'd be a no brainer but given the price of most of the eShop games, $3.00 feels like a bargain and if you like reflex games, you'll probably have some fun with this game.
