A Tale of Swords & Souls Eternally Retold...
GRAPHICS: They are Impressive.. but if your really gonna play this your not gonna bother much with the graphics in this game as your going to try to pay attention to what move or tactic the opponent is going to use against you =}
CONTROL SCHEME: At first if you play this it does get confusing which button to press.... but if you keep training against computers or friends...or just go into practice mode it'll take about 45 minutes to get the WHOLE thing down....of course combos are a little tricky as they don't tell what button to press they just say for example:
K, K, K, G, K
( which K = Kick and G = Guard)
STORY: Every character's ending has a different story to tell how they go to where they are but the main plot is... an Evil sword has brought havoc to everyone and people from all over the place fight each other to either: Destroy the sword or Use the sword for it's evil purposes... though the story seems short it goes much further on in SoulCalibur 3 & 4....
PLAYERS: 1 - 2 Player Simultaneous
MODES: There are alot of Modes in this game...some consider this game the highest peek of SoulCalibur......the Mission Mode is the one your going to spend ALOT of time on since that mode is where you can unlock all the weapon, go through a map which takes eternity to Complete, and lv up your chracter.
**Note - character lv stay within Mission mode
**Note - Some weapons can only be obtained when you have reached a certain lv for your character
DIFFICULTY: This game isn't Hard at all.... but it is VERY fun if your a competitive player and when your playing with a Competitive friend it starts to get really challenging......So start learning your Combos!
MUSIC: The Music in SoulCalibur 2 is very smooth and elegant throughout the game... SoulCalibur 2 has a very good amount of Tracks that fit all Stages and Modes.....
GAMEPLAY: SoulCalibur has been known for its Famous 3D fighting mechanics as well as Comboing ( Thx goes to Heihachi, From Tekken) and a decent time of Air juggles..... the Game runs Smoothly and the Frame rates never slow down unless the PS2 you have is messed up =P. SoulCalibur 2 is a must for any SoulCalibur Fan or 1v1 Fans =)
