Why a reboot? Don't ask me. While the graphics are really nice and pretty smooth this installment doesn't deserve it's own name. The game has a lackluster story as they all have since Adventure 2, frustrating camera angles where you can't see where you're going from time to time. It's also plagued by long load times that make you say "I waited that long for just a five second clip. Gotta be kidding me." There's also no character or story development. It just seems like Sega who lost money when they left the console making market is desperate for money so they make a game that fails on just as many levels as it works. They also don't bring back many characters from past Sonic games. One's that have won the fans like Tails, Knuckles and Shadow. Besides Sonic they only character from past adventures is obviously Eggman. When I first played this I thought it would be the phenomenon that the original was. I think that if Sonic was real, he'd think twice about suicide after playing this.
