My 47th review after Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games.
I remembered this game when I was younger, I used to play it at my cousins house when they used to have a Sega Genesis. This is about Sonic and his best friend Tails are on a fight with Robotnik. This game is gonna get an A++! Here the results:
Game-play 10/10: Yup! It's just as much fun as the first. It's always fun with Tails following Sonic in his quest.
Graphics 10/10: This is the same as the first.
Controls 8/10: The controls are just simple.
Sound/Music 10/10: The music is just AWESOME!
Lasting Appeal 10/10: One of the best classics ever made.
Overall, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is an amazing sequel that could be better than the first, especially with Tails being introduced.
The Good:
-Awesome music
-Multiplayer in this game is fun
-Graphics that are as cute and colorful as the first
-Large levels
-Game-play that is as fun as the first, especially with Tails being introduced and following you
The Bad:
-I don't see anything bad about this amazing classic game
Of course, next to Super Mario Bros., this game is better than Superman 64 (which I totally hate), Barney's Hide and Seek (just as much as Superman 64 and even worse than Sonic 2006), E.T. for the Atari 2600 (has to be the worst game in history), Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (as bad as E.T. for the Atari 2600 and Superman 64), Awesome Possum (which I also hate), and also the other games I also hate are Ninjabread Man and Anubis II, which are both the same. Destroy those games NOW, and save the Banjo-Kazooie and Conker franchises and many more game franchises.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 gets a 10 out of 10!
