Sonic Rivals 1 was pretty much a failure. But what about Sonic Rivals 2?
Now, we will see.
STORY: After Eggman turned Sonic's friends into cards, A new villain has been born. Eggman Nega. He unleashed a creature called Ifrit, and he dissapeard all of the Chao's. Now Sonic has to beat he Ifrit and gather all of the Chao's.
GRAPHICS: The graphics for this game are pretty good, although it a 2.5D game. Even thouge that Its a PSP game, it's 2.5D, and it's good.
GAMEPLAY: Sonic Rivals 2 is a Single Player and Multiplayer game using the WI-FI. In the Story Mode, you will be able to play as 4 teams.
Sonic and Tails.
Knuckles and Rouge.
Shadow and Metal Sonic.
Espio and Silver.
Each of this charatcers has his own story. Sonic and Tails' story is to find the missing Chao and beat the Ifrit. Shadow and Metal Sonic's story is to defeat Eggman Nega and collect all of the Chaos Emeralds. Espio and Silver's story is to Eggman Nega, and Knuckles and Rouge's story is to find the Master Emerald.
The game is a racing game. At the start of the game, you will have to fight to the goal with one of the rivals. After completing the level, you will have to fight him in Knock Out mode. After that, you will play as the supporting character (Sonic is the main, Tails is Supporting) against the rival's supporting character, after that, a boss with the main character. The bad thing is that all of the characters/teams has the same stages. But the game is still fun.
