Time Value: The game has excellent time value due to 100 missions to perfect, plenty of gear to buy, very fun,unique. {5/5}
Music: As with many Sonic series video games, this game's soundtrack is {5/5}
Grahphics: The graphics are nice, but some stages have areas that you see for an instant that are pixelly. Overall the graphics are {4/5}
Story: The story is alright, but don't let the story get you down if it disappoints you because that is not what makes this game awesome. {4/5}
Balance: This is a game where we can discuss balance since it has so many characters who work separately. Ulala obviously has the most powerful ultimate technique, it paralyzes you then you move but in a comfused state. If you want another way to determine how powerful a character is just attack someone on level 3 and see how much their head icon spins on the track map. Ulala has one of the longest. The game isn't perfectly balanced since some characters have attacks that powerful and your friend may spam them on you. That is the friend's fault, not yours. Also, tornadoes can be used to set you up for an attack, so beware. {4/5}
Character Roster: The character roster is 16 characters, or 17 if you count Super Sonic as a separate character. {5/5}
Stages: I will mention the stages since this is a unique game, the most difficult zone until you become a pro at the game is the Babylon Garden zone which consists of Babylon Garden and Sky Road. This is because it has several sharp cliff turns. There are also a few tracks that are long and with obstacles but they aren't necessarily extremely difficult to beat. {5/5}
Overall: I think it is a perfect game, better than its sequel for several reasons. You ought to get this game ASAP!! {5/5}
