A very good compilation made for the sake of being a compilation.

Sonic Mega Collection Plus is a nice compilation of almost all of my favorite Sonic games including Sonic the Hedgehog: 1, 2, 3, & Knuckles. It also has many Game Gear games, and both versions of Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine, which is a very fun game and I am glad to be able to play it on my PlayStation 2. For more information on these games, check out my other reviews on these games. There are also several “unlockables” such as Comix Zone which was a pretty good game, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles in which you play through both Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles levels collectively and have the option of playing as Knuckles, and a very old game called Flicky. It also includes movies from Sonic Heroes and the covers of all of the comics Sonic and company had. Overall it’s a very nice compilation for the sake of being a compilation with a very nostalgic touch. Feel free to try it out as it is most definitely not a bad set of games.
