Finally. Sonic Team comes out with a new Sonic 3D game since Sonic Adventure 2 on Dreamcast. Though, i have to say, this game isn't as fun as both SA1 and SA2. Gameplay: The game is different then SA1 and SA2. This time, you play as teams. Team Sonic, Team Dark, Team Rose, and Team Chaotix. Each team plays through all 14 stages the ssame way. Except for for Team Chaotix, which plays in a mission type mode. In addition to beating the teams, you also have to collect Chaos Emeralds for the final story. The 2P mode is okay, but not as good as SA2's. Graphics: The graphics aren't THAT much better then SA2's. Sonic Team pretty much used the same Dreamcast style textures and details. The framerate runs at 60 in the main game, But in 2P mode, some of the mini games run at 20 frames. Sound: The music to me, isn't as good as both SA1 and SA2, but I do like a few songs. The sound effects are cartoony, and the voice acting is great, except for Tails voice, which is now changed. Conclusion: If your a Die Hard Sonic fan, get this game. but this is not a Gamecube must have, nor on XBOX and PS2.
