Sonic Heroes is an action game starring Sonic, though very easy and simple to play.
As in previous games, the target is Dr.Eggman, who releases this time a new and powerful weapon, hoping to destroy Sonic and his team. Many teams join this chase, for many and different reasons, but the result is the same: to wipe out Eggman and his army of robots.
The script may seem challenging, but in fact this challenge is missing from this game. Even with TEAM DARK(the team considered to be the toughest team to come up with)is too easy. The number of fourteen levels and seven boss levels may sound big, while indeed it is, but if you are just a bit skilled, you will have finished the game within three or four hours.
The gameplay is, thogh, more interesting. Your team is made up with three characters: one who is speedy, one with great strength, and one with the ability to fly for a while. Every one of them is doing a specific job in the game. For example, you will need the fly character to get up, and with a power character robots should not really oppose you.
But the problems of the game are really revealed, when the player focuses of the graphics and the controls of the game. The graphics seem to be broken, with many problems occuring while you play. And the controls are difficult, and while they are all close between each other, they are not well-placed in the keyboard.
Sonic Heroes is an interesting game to play in the beginning, but there is no point of playing it again after you finish the story mode.
