Sonic Gems Collection for the PS2 is a fun assortment of fast Sonic video games. It contains great classic such as Sonic CD, Sonic the Fighters and Sonic R. I have played this game very thoroughly, and it would of been nice to add some extras. The game gear games are fun, but can get boring really easily. I easily found this collection of games enjoyable, as I like playing retro Sonic the Hedgehog games. Sonic the Fighters, for example, contained characters I've never seen or even heard of before, such as Bark the Polar Bear. It has decent graphics and is very enjoyable for me, as I have never played a Sonic fighter game before. Sonic CD is a well done addition to this collection, but it would of been better if we got the Japanese soundtrack. The American version's music is very creepy, and makes me shiver a little.
This video game also has manuals of the game, and unlockable images, artwork for games for you to see.I gave this game a 9.5 because, if could have gotten more games in there, like maybe SegaSonic the Hedgehog or something. remember, I haven't unlocked everything in this collection so I don't know what games await to be unlocked. I still adore this game though. I got it for $15 and it was worth the money. For any Sonic fan owning a PS2, I recommend this game! It's worth every dollar/
