Sonic Chronicles the Dark Brotherhood is good for a very first try on the rpg genre
Graphics there quite good for the ds there not the best on the ds but they are colourful all the worlds look different to the other's and the character design is not bad the animation not bad but overall the graphics are not the best but they are good for the ds.
Gameplay is just like an rpg game would play like it is 3d there is loads of different characters to use you certain characters to get to certain locations in the game that you cant get to earlier in the game and one to fight you just go up to an enemy and the fight just starts and then you just pick different moves to use and as you go through the game you unlock certain move abilities and different equipment to buy and different characters to use and you can find chao eggs and then they hatch and then they give you certain abilities in the game battles and there is loads to collect if you want to collect them and the enemy's are all easy to beat there are a certain few that are a bit harder to beat but that rarely happens and the bosses are easy overall the game plays good there is nothing wrong with how it plays.
Story there isnt much to say about the story but it is alright for a sonic game.
Replay there is some replay in the game if you like collecting everything in the game collecting all the chao types but there isnt much else to do in the game that is about it but there is a bit of replay.
