Sonic once again speeds his way onto Gamecube but is he going to fast to notice some major flaws?

I was never blessed to play Sonic Adventure on the Sega Dreamcast as I was never a real Sega fan so I saw this as an ideal opportunity to see what was so great, things must have aged this game badly. The story of Sonic trying to find Chaos Emeralds (again) is starting to get very worn which does act as a negative to this game but with multiple characters to play as this does keeps the game a little fresh. The graphics on this game seem weak compared to rival platformer Super Mario Sunshine but they are acceptable as things are moving so fast you'll only notice the really bad standing out glitches. Sonic and co are a little hard to maneuver and the camera is poorly placed. The game is filled with sound effects that are familiar to the Sonic fans but here they seem so out of place and there are so many poor rock themes in this game (with the exception of Super Sonic) it makes you want to scrape out your brains and plug up your ears with them. The game has many characters to play as but many of them you can finish fast and although you can try to get all the emblems but that is a long boring process, even when they unlock old Game Gear games (which are poor by the way). Sonic Adventure DX is a fair game there is nothing to make me Sonic mad but it doesn't turn me against him either, better luck next time blue dude!
