User Rating: 7.3 | Sonic Adventure International DC
Sonic Adventure was such a great game for the Dreamcast, that Sega even remade it for Gamecube. This is the Sonic Game they have been working on since 1998! And they done a pretty good job on it. Gameplay: Sonic returns in a superb adventure game. In this game, you play as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, E-102 and Big. You'll explore over 10 giant action stages found in this game. This game shows cool action pack goodies. (Sonic being chased by a giant killer whale, and riding in a tornado) So i if your a Sonic fan, i think you should get this game. besides running through stages, you can do other stuff as well. You can race Sonic with Tails, hunt through big levels for Master Emerald peices with Knuckles, figrue out puzzles with Amy, fish with Big, and shoot many robots down with E-102. With that many choices, you'll have a good time playing this game Graphics: This game was an early Dreamcast game, and was worked on since 1998. You won't be WOWED with this game's looks. The framerate runs as 30 most of the game, and the details in the ploygons are kinda weak. CG cutscenes however, still look good. But this isn't Dreamcast's best looking game here. So this game gets a 6. Sound: The music is catchy and fit for most of the levels. The sound effets are also done good here. The voice acting is great, except for Knuckles' voice. When you lisen to it, it sounds kinda boring. 7 is the score right here. Conclusion: This game has a few flaws, slightly poor graphics, good soundwork, and great gameplay. You'll have a good time with this game if you get it. Despite the few flaws in the game, this is a Dreamcast must-have.
