This game is awesome. If you are one of those action shooting game enthusiasts, you HAVE to try this game.

In SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs, you command a 4 man SEAL team of the most elite fighting force in the world. You can decide which weapons every single one of your squad mates will carry such as heavy machineguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles, sub-machine guns, shotguns and even pistols. as for equipment, your team can carry frag grenades, flashbangs, smoke grenades and even an RPG. you can even select different scopes, bipods, laser sights, front grips, suppressors and rifle-mounted grenade launchers to make your experience exactly how you like it.. There are also a wide variety of vehicles which you can drive, ride or use the mounted machine gun / turret such as a tank or a humvee.

SOCOM 3 has everything you could ask for : stealth, action, teamwork. You can give your 3 other teammates orders such as "fire at will" "hold fire" you can even send your teammates to positions to have a tactical advantage over your opponents. The single player campaign has many different objectives such as destroying missile launchers to taking out tanks using an air strike. you can approach an objective with guns blazing away or you can pick off your enemies with a silenced sniper rifle and a high powered scope. Either way, you WILL have fun.

Now the single player campaign is awesome, but the online multiplayer is a totally different thing. you can unlock characters and a ghillie suit to blend in better with your surroundings. Against real people, it is a huge challenge to yourself. If you just run up to an enemy and fire, a sniper will probably take you down. It is very fun and challenging and you can also get in humvees, tanks and even more vehicles with mounted machine guns and turrets.

So to sum it all up, If your the kind of person who likes third person shooters with lots of stealth, action, tactics, powerful tanks, armored cars and total customization, then this is the game for you
