In SOCOM 3, you play the same game as before, just with "slightly" better graphics.
Graphics wise, minor improvement. Its a console, not much to be expected.
Gameplay wise, I can't stand Shooters on PS2, well any console really. Controlling my SEAL was a better experience than expected, although the same old "takes about 6 seconds to turn 180 degrees" was still relevant. Story was okay, SOCOM series doesn't seem to be very unique to me, feels like I've been there, and done that over and over again.
Last thing, why do ALL special forces characters seem to have a Southern American voice, or the lead character at least? Seriously, its pretty annoying, and seems stereotyped lol.
All in all, its a fun game, Rent it first!
