A solid attempt.
Positives:
Realistic bullet action (Wind, Gravity, Etc)
Stealth means stealth. You hiccup, they see you.
Kill Cam never, I repeat NEVER gets old.
Definite sense of accomplishment when you finish a level.
Different rifles and silenced handguns are fun to use.
Negatives:
Graphics while not horrible do appear dated.
All automatic rifles have horrible accuracy and seem to inflict as much damage as a wet noodle.
Being a stealth game, levels take a LONG time to complete and check points should hold over not only after a player dies but also when the play wants to pick up where they left off the day before. As it is now, you have to play the level from the beginning.
They should offer a shooting range where players can practice learning to take wind and range into account. As it is now, it's basically trial and error.
Summation: On the highest level, the game proves to be a difficult but fair challenge. While not a one trick pony, the Kill Cam is the bread and butter of the game. It's that awesome. Haven't played multi-player yet so have no opinion on that. I feel that some parts of the game feel rushed where the creators could have had a sure hit on their hands if they took some extra time to buff out the rough edges. Overall I'm happy with having taken a chance on this game. I hope they come out with a V3 (Vietnam maybe?) as I love me some good sniping.
