you like mgs and think kojima is a genius but didn't play snatcher ... your loss
it the xxi century, neo kobe city; a new catastrophe arises again in mankind - snatcher- mecanical androids who take the place of their victims and are almost impossible to distinguish from the real person, being their origin unknown. You are gillian seed, a man who does'nt remeber his past, just like his wife... estimated age 32. Being "snatcher" the only connection with his past.
gillian enters "junker", a police type force which exists to find and terminate snatchers.
with this premise, you find yourself in a most excellent story, being the creator kojima-san... you think its gonna rock, you find hope it does, and you bet yer happy mug it does... kojima just like always, likes his movies.. and blade runner is his inspiration... pure and simple.
as always kojima fills us with really stupid(and cool ) details from metal gear (gillians robot - duh), or with the caracters of konami appearing in a strip club( 18+ story mind yerself kids !).
the gameplay is simple, since it is a gun shoot em up... but a nice one, mind.
graphics are really cool and the music is the best ever on sega cd ... you'll get dragged in the story like you would with stacys mom... but beware you will only play it once .
to finish this if you want to play it, get a radar because this is really hard to find... get an emulator like fusion instead ( or beg konami to re release it ).
