After playing the first one on PS2, its easy to say this game made a huge leap.

Actually I bought the first one AFTER I had this one. My bro had the PS2 and I have the Cube. Only difference is his friend broke the PS2 and he now has my Cube. And I have my Xbox. Anyway, this game is still as fresh as the first day I played it. And thats good. Not something many other games can pull off. The gameplay is simple: drive fast and get the goods before the other team gets you, or before the cops can bring you down. Youd have to form your own opinion about how the game handles and plays. They've added in counter-measures to get away from the cops easier. After playing the first on PS2, Im glad for this. The graphics are surprisingly good, for a Gamecube game. The water could use a little touching up though. Other than that, the levels are huge. The biggest Ive ever seen in a GC game. The sound can get pretty annoying, the cars each have different sounds, but after 10 minutes your grinding your teeth. The music is null. It says it has a soundtrack but its all techno and you cant find out which song is which. I beat this game within maybe a month, but thats because I was busy exploring the 4 humongous levels. Ive got to really get going, the friend that broke the PS2 is over and I have to prevent him from breaking my SNES.
