A great game for anyone, and I'd say It'd defineltey worth the money.
The Good: Great characters that fit into the story, big enviornments, the diolog fits every character's personality, and there's hours of things to do.
The Bad: Dimitri's levels just suck, the 3-D Glasses hurt your eyes, and there are a bit too many mini-games. Also, you can't skip the often-playing cut scenes.
Gameplay
For the most part, gameplay would have been a 9 if it weren't for Dimitri's underwater levels. The other drawback for gameplay is that there are so many people to control. It was nice in Sly 2 when the only characters you play are Sly, Murray and Bentley. Let's see. If you don't want to get spoild on characters and what they do, I'd skip this part.

Graphics
You run around in a pixel-shaded enviornment, which is like 2-D and 3-D combined. I thought it was cool :) The lipsinking is very well done for a pixel-shaded game. Each of the characters's appearace shows their personality perfectly. The shadows work really well, but you can see sometimes for enemies' shadows their heads are blocks. ;) The graphics are one of the stronger parts in this game. Good job, SukerPunch!
Sound
The sound is decent, some of the level music I didn't appreaciate *coughHollandlevelcough* but most of the level music was great. The voices for the characters fit very well with their personalities and appearace, and sound affects were great. So overall, the sound is very good.
Value
This game has more replay value than Sly 2, because you can replay jobs and do treasure hunts. The only thing I'd say to improve is to put the clue bottles back. I enjoys looking for them in Sly 1 and 2.
Multiplayer
I thought that muliplayer was fun. There are 4 games you can play, Cops & Robbers, Hackton (Tell me if I spelt this one wrong), Biplane Dual and Gallion Dual.

Stay far far away from 3-D Glasses. SuckerPunch tried somthing new, but unfortuantly it didn't work. The 3-D only works in a few levels. Also try to avod Dimitri's levels. The story is great, but not as good as Sly 2.
Should I buy?
Yes. A definate yes if you like platformers with racing RC things, hacking, fighting, explosions, possesing guards, and more.
