Skies Of Arcadia The Best RPG Ever? I say Yes :)

This has got to be the most unique game i have ever played and tops Final Fantasy for me. The games characters and world are really unique and awesome as are the ship battles where you go head to head with your very own ship! I love the battle system and the way you can equip various elemental stones to learn different magic. The special attacks are really cool too. The ship battles are the best though being able to fire your cannons and use your magic to help your own ship. One disadvantage would be some ship battles last forever but hay it feels good when you finally win that battle :) As i said before the characters are awesome and the story is very well written. My favourite character is Fina and i love her pet creature Cupil! Cupil can be fed various shards and morph into different things like a Cannonball or Claymore even a ultimate form called Final Cupil. One awesome thing about your ship is that you can recruit different people and talk to them onboard the ship and see them doing things. The best thing about your crew though is that they can perform various actions during ship battles even letting your characters perform a ultimate special attack during a regular battle! The final unique thing about this game is the actual world you explore. Flying around on your ship and visiting towns/places hovering in the air. The game also has secrets to find called Discoveries which you find in the world with the ship. With all this the game lasts a long time and you have plenty of things to keep you occupied. My final note would be that the music in this game is awesome as are the cartoonish graphics. All in all if you love RPG's this game is a must and if you have a Gamecube you should pick up the slightly better SOA Legends with extra content :)
